Let me answer your most burning questions about Lean Body coaching

Q: So, Nik, let’s cut to the chase. Do I have to give up all my favorite foods and spend every waking second in a gym to see results? 

A: Your current habits are what created the body you have today, for better or for worse. Are you completely happy with your body right now? If you were, you wouldn’t be here reading this. 

I’m not going to have you doing army drills and eating kale at every meal, but I do need you to commit to doing the work if you want to change your  body. And I know you do. 

Q: What will I be eating? 

A: Every body is different. What fuels you might not fuel me, and vice versa. That’s why I encourage you to do the private coaching — because this is the only way to get a completely customized approach to creating your lean body. 

Q: How often will I need to work out? 

A: Most of my clients move their bodies at least 4-5 times a week. But we’re not talking about running in place on the treadmill. This is energizing, fun movement you’re going to WANT to do. 

Q: What kind of results can I expect? 

A: Again, everyone is different, and although I really discourage measuring your progress by kilos but that’s how most people think…it’s safe to say you can lose between ½ kilogram and one kilogram every week, or 1-2 dress sizes by the end of the program.
